Site details

Site details are organized within an asset hierarchy, facilitating easy comprehension for administrative teams. This hierarchy allows for logical association of asset details within the structure of the unit. For example, the DHS-V10R2 is linked to Site "Dream Home Compound" located on "Olaya - Riyadh"

The site hierarchy is optionally structured as follows

Problem management

Each equipment type is equipped with a list of predefined problems that may arise. Optionally, administrators have the flexibility to configure problems per equipment type as per the standard operation and maintenance catalog, simplifying problem and error code management.
