Key details to be registered under each customer profile include Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Physical Address
Customer profile creation
: The system will initiate the creation of a customer profile as the primary step, serving as a foundation for subsequent data entry. Once established, additional information can be seamlessly linked to the customer profile, including access credentials for customers to utilize the mobile app.
Contract management
This module streamlines contract organization and association with respective customers, facilitating easy access and management. Essential contract details encompass Contract ID, Contract Name, Contract Start Date, and Contract End Date, contract document.
Contract terms and limits
Contracts may impose specific constraints, such as limits on the number of work orders or severity levels permissible during the contract activation period. These terms are pivotal as they serve as mechanisms for controlling and regulating work activities within predefined boundaries. They ensure adherence to contractual obligations and facilitate efficient resource allocation and utilization.

The system enables users to manage customer and contract operations, providing specific roles and permissions for back-office teams to effectively oversee and resolve operational matters.
