Asset register management

Asset registry: After establishing the site architecture, assets are to be uploaded into the system and linked with the appropriate site architectural components.

Each asset shall optionally have the following attributes: Code, Name, Serial Number, Description, Type, State, Brand, Manufacturer, Model, and Supplier.

Location data for each asset will be provided, showcasing its placement within the site hierarchy

Maintenance data will be available to illustrate the asset's hierarchical structure, maintenance status, Criticality, Last Inspection Date, and any scheduled work orders.

Administrative details such as Purchase Date, Years of Life, Warranty Start Date, and Warranty End Date will be recorded for each asset.

Technical data, encompassing specifications and other technical information, will also be included for each asset.

An asset shall be linked to a global variable to track depreciation and total cost of ownership which shall be displayed to users.
Meter management

Automatic meter reading: To reduce manual data entry and improve data accuracy, e-Maintain integrates with IoT platforms and smart sensors. Document management

Document management: The system will support document management, allowing users to attach files to both site architecture and assets, however it is not intended to deploy a full-fledged document management system.

Technical documents can be uploaded in diverse formats, such as Auto-CAD, floor plan and technical engineering documents; however, the system will refrain from displaying these technical files directly. Instead, external software will be employed to view specialized technical documents, unless they are in standard formats like word, PDF and CSV.
