e-maintain will add barcodes to every location of their customers.

In order to add new location, customer will scan the barcode and location will be automatically added.

In order to remove locations, contact the admin and make your request.

Notification Control

Notifications are the alerts sent to customers about any asset activity in order to keep them up to date for any change.

e-maintain allows customer to turn on/off notifications for registered assets to focus on only the ones they care about.

In some cases, admin can lock the notifications so customer can’t edit them anymore.

Report Breakdown

e-maintain allows customer to immediately and easily report a new breakdown from e-maintain tab screen.

Select Report, select Breakdown, choose your asset than select your desired date for your maintenance and keep it for e-maintain to do the rest.

Technician Arrival ETA

e-maintain keep customer on track by let them know about technician arrival time and his status.
